Cécile Brochot – Founder
Cécile Brochot is the founder of Cb-Advisory – the first executive search boutique to redefine traditional leadership recruitment methods and turn them into a genuine win-win solution for all stakeholders.
With a long track record in recruiting senior executives and a deep understanding of strategic and organizational challenges, Cécile brings comprehensive expertise to our advisory approach.
Her previous roles at Roland Berger and Bayerische Landesbank enabled her to develop a finely tuned sensitivity to cultural differences. Thanks to her international education and her experience at the Grosvenor Group, she has direct access to C-level decision-makers – in an environment where excellence is the standard.

Carsten Hesse – Partner
With deep expertise in multilingual recruitment across a wide range of sectors—including IT (Software Engineering, UX Design, Software Sales), Finance, Corporate Real Estate, as well as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Industrial Manufacturing—Carsten brings outstanding capabilities to our team.
Carsten has held senior roles in international team build-up, notably as Property Executive at Lidl & Schwarz, where he was responsible for global team staffing, and at the private equity firm Topland, where he led the market-entry strategy for Germany.
At Cb-Advisory, Carsten’s broad experience covers a wide industry spectrum. This ensures that we identify the most suitable talent for every position, supported by structured interviews and robust assessments. His passion for cross-cultural advisory and his region-specific expertise—particularly within the EMEA region—make our recruitment approach truly distinctive.
Catherine Curzi – Partner
Catherine Curzi is a certified coach and Senior Headhunter at Cb-Advisory. With extensive expertise in strategy, transformation, change management and C-level coaching, she brings exceptional specialist knowledge to our team.

Oliver Kruger – Recruitment Consultant
Oliver Kruger is a Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in executive search and talent acquisition across Engineering, Finance and Software. Based in Berlin, he applies a methodical and client-focused approach to identifying high-impact leaders for Mittelstand companies and international clients.
Before joining Cb-Advisory, Oliver worked as both Senior and Junior Recruitment Consultant at Gwendwr Consulting in Frankfurt and also gained experience as a freelance recruiter. This dual background – in consultancy and independent recruiting – enables him to quickly adapt to diverse hiring situations and client needs.
Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western University in London (Canada). He combines analytical precision with a pragmatic mindset. At Cb-Advisory, he is responsible for identifying and assessing top-tier candidates, ensuring that each search mandate is executed in full alignment with our clients’ strategic and cultural objectives.
